Before You Begin
Overview
The MGC Web Server Manager application is the user interface to the MGC Web Server. It allows the user to communicate via the Web Server with the MCUs. It provides database access via the Web pages and manages the Web site that contains the reservation pages.
MGC Web Server Architecture
The MGC Web site is a location on a computer network. It contains reservation information in the form of pages that can be accessed by users logging into the site with browser applications such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.
The Internet client connects to the Web site located on the Internet server and, via the MGC Web Server, gains access to the reservation pages, the database tables, and the MCU that runs the conference.
