[752] AUTO RECORD

This MMC is only used for the Samsung Built-In Voice Mail card. Specific stations in the phone system can be assigned to automatically record conversations. When this option is set, all incoming, all outgoing, or all calls(incoming and outgoing) can be recorded.

In this MMC you can assign:

yStation number: Which station can use this feature.

yMailbox number: What mailbox the conversations are recorded in.

yI, O or B: What type of calls are recorded.(in, out or both)

yVoice mail port number: What port is dedicated to the station.

Before using the Auto Record feature

Before using the Auto Record feature, make sure that you are not violating any laws. Samsung is not responsible for any illegal use of this feature.

CONDITIONS

A maximum of eight stations can use this feature at one time. The same port cannot be as- signed to more than one station. Attempts to do this will result in an error message. When a Voice Mail port is assigned here, it is automatically removed from the Voice Mail group de- fined in MMC 601.

3)	Dial mailbox number via dial keypad.

	OR	STN:201	MB:201
	Press Volume button to make selection and
	press Right Soft button to move cursor.
