„Setting the picture quality for each camera

(1)Select “INDIV.” and turn the shuttle dial clockwise. The cursor moves to “PICTURE QUALITY SET”.

(2)Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

The <PICTURE QUALITY SET> screen is displayed. On the DSR-5009P, cameras No. 01-09 are displayed.

(3)Turn the jog dial to select the camera number and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“EN” flashes.

(4)Turn the jog dial to select the picture quality and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

The cursor moves to the next camera number.

(5)Set the picture quality for the other cameras in the same way.

(6)Turn the shuttle dial counter-clockwise.

The display returns to the <NORMAL REC MODE SET> screen.

6 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“OFF” flashes.

zSet when the audio recording rate range is set to above A1 FPS.

zWhen set to “ON”, the letter “A” (indicating that audio will be recorded) is displayed in front of “REC RATE”. As both video and audio is stored in the recording area, the recording capacity decreases.

zAudio can only be played back at the same rate during recording.

zPlayback of audio and video may be out of sync in some areas.

8 Turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“12.5 FPS” flashes.
