1.1 Features

Docking interface port

A 242-pin, docking interface port enables connection of an optional Advanced Port Replicator II. It provides additional features as follows:

AC adaptor

One Parallel port

One Serial port

One PS/2 mouse port

One PS/2 keyboard port

One Line-in jack

One Line-out jack

Two USB ports (comply with USB 2.0 standard)

One IEEE1394 port

One External monitor port

One DVI port (not support)

Batteries

The computer has two batteries: a lithium-ion main battery pack and RTC battery (that backs up the Real Time Clock and CMOS memory). An optional secondary battery can be installed in the Slim Select Bay to increase the battery operating time.

The computer is shown in figure 1-1. The system unit configuration is shown in figure 1-2.
