Force function

Two types of force f unct ions ar e available, input force and coil force.
The input force is used to disable t he exter nal input signals. When an external input
device is designated as f or c ed input , the ON/OFF state of t he device can be changed
manually by using the data sett ing funct ion of the prog r amming tool, r egardless of t he
corresponding external signal state. The input f or ce designation is available for the
external input devices (X) .
The coil force is used to disable the coil inst r uction. When a coil instruction on the
progr am is designated as f or ced coil, the ON/O FF st at e of the coil device can be
changed manually by using the data setting function of the programming tool, regardless
of t he coil cir cuit execution status.
On the programming tool, the forced input and forced coil are expressed as f ollows.

NOTE
NOTE
Refer t o sect ion 6.5 for 4 k/8 k m ode of the T 1S.
If EEPRO M write operat ion is executed with rem aining the force designation,
the f or c e designation is also saved into the built - in EEPRO M. Because the
for ce function is debugging f unction, release all f or c e designation before
executing the EEPRO M write operation. The for ce batch release command is
available when the T1/T1S is in HALT mode.
