2In the “Reset User Password” field, click . The following screen displays:

3In the “Current Password” field, leave this blank.

4In the “New Password” field, enter a new password for the user.

Note: The IP phones support numeric characters only in passwords. If you enter a password with alpha characters, the phone uses the default password instead.

5In the “Password Confirm” field, re-enter the new user password.

6Click to save the new user password and perform the next procedure.
