Globally specifies the time, in seconds, that the phone waits to dial a preconfigured number after the handset is lifted from the IP phone cradle.

If this parameter is set to 0 (hotline), the phone immediately dials a preconfigured number when you lift the handset. If this parameter is set to a value greater than 0, the phone waits the specified number of seconds before dialing the preconfigured number (warmline) when you lift the handset.

Default is 0 (hotline).
