For the 57i/57i CT:

1Click on Operation->Softkeys and XML.

2Pick a softkey to configure for Last Call Return.

3In the "Type" field, select lcr.

4In the "Line" field, select a line for which to apply the last call return configuration.

5The lcr softkey has a default state of “Idle”, “Connected”, “Incoming”, “Outgoing”. Leave these states enabled or to disable, uncheck the check boxes as required.

6Click to save your changes.
