Click on Operation->Softkeys and XML or

Click on Operation->Programmable Keys or

Click on Operation->Expansion Module <N>.

Note: Depending on your phone-model, the key configuration screen displays. The 57i Key Screen is shown as an example.

Select a softkey or programmable key to configure.

In the "Type" field, select "XML”.

For the 55i, 57i, and 57i CT softkeys:

In the "Label" field, enter the name of the person who’s extension you are monitoring.
