Configuring an Emergency Dial Plan

Operational IP Phone Features

Use the following procedures to specify the numbers to use on your phone for dialing emergency services in your area.

Configuration Files

For specific parameters you can set in the configuration files, see Appendix A, the section, “Emergency Dial Plan Settings” on page A-11.

Aastra Web UI

1Click on Operation->Phone Lock.

2In the “Emergency Dial Plan” field, enter the 3-digit number used in your local area to contact emer- gency services. For multiple numbers, enter a “” between each emergency number.

For example: 911110.

Default for this field is 911999112110.

3Click to save the emergency dial plan to your phone.
