When enabled, AUTOMATIC ROUTEBACK REJECTION prevents calls entering through network termination interfaces from being forwarded out another network interface. Such an event could happen if an incoming call specifies a number that has no endpoint configured to accept it and another network interface has a call acceptance entry which could accept it (such as $).With- out automatic rejection, such a call would be forwarded back to the net- work. The network would in turn resend the call to the unit until all incoming resources are consumed.
Use extreme caution when disabling AUTOMATIC ROUTEBACK
REJECTION.
