As you select the fields in the Fields list, the Summation Type list dynamically updates to show the types available for the selected field.

26From the Groups list, select the check box for each report section in which the summary appears on the report.

27Click Add.

The summary appears in the Summary Data list.

28Click Next.

29In the Report Layout window, view or modify the report.

30On the toolbar, click the Save Report icon.

31In the Save RCW Report dialog box, choose a folder in which to save the report.

32In the Report Name box, enter a name for the report.

33Click Save. You can save the report after you select at least one field.

Step Action

1In the Report Type window, select the Create Advanced Report (via ODBC) option.

2Click Next.

3In the Data Source window, from the DSNs Available list, double-click a CCMS DSN. The selected DSN is added to the DSNs Selected list.

4In the Selected DSN Properties area, type the user ID and password to access the data source.

For configured servers on the Contact Center Manager Administration server, the user ID and password automatically appear.

5Click Next.

6In the Table Selection window, from the DSNs list, select the CCMS DSN. Tables and views for the selected DSN appear in the Tables Available list.

7From the Tables Available list, double-click dSkillsetStat and Skillset. The selected tables move to the Tables Selected list.

8Click Next.

9In the Table Linking window, from the left Tables list, select iSkillsetStat.

10From the left Fields list, select SkillsetID.

11From the right Tables list, select Skillset.

12From the right Fields list, select SkillsetID.

13From the Join list, select Left Outer Join.
