Exported displays

Viewing an exported real-time display

You must view an exported real-time displays, to print the display.

Prerequisites

Log on to Real-Time Reporting. See Logging on to Real-Time Reporting (page 23).

Procedure steps

Step Action

1From the Displays menu, select Manage Exported Displays.

2In the right pane, from the list of HTML files, click the name of the file to view.

The snapshot of the real-time display grid appears in a new Internet Explorer window.

3To print the exported grid, in Internet Explorer, from the File menu, select Print.

4To view the colored rows of the real-time display, in the Print dialog box, select a color printer.

5Click Print.

Exporting real-time display grids

You can export real-time displays to open the file in a new Internet Explorer window.

Prerequisites

Log on to Real-Time Reporting. See Logging on to Real-Time Reporting (page 23).

Step Action

1In the left pane, double-click the real-time display grid to export.

2On the real-time display grid, click Export.

3To open the file in a new Internet Explorer window, click View.

Changing the file name prefix of exported real-time display grids

You can choose the prefix to appear in the file name when you export the real-time display grids to the Contact Center Manager Administration server as HTML files. An example of the prefix for the Consolidated Skillset Display is ConsolidatedSS.
