9.2.3 Identifying a fault on the CPUMEMR
CPUMEMRs provide PRIMERGY Diagnostics indicators to indicate faulty
CPUMEMRs, CPUs, or DIMM memory modules see figure111.

ÊPress the CSS button that is located on the PCI Riser to identify a faulty
CPUMEMR or a faulty unit on the CPUMEMR, see "Locate the faulty
component by PRIMERGY diagnostics indicators" on page39.
ÊTake a note on the faulty component indicated by the indicator:
– Number of the CPUMEMR
– Faulty component
– For DIMM memory modules: Identifier of the slot
1 CSS indicator for the CPUMEMR

3 8x CSS indicators for each DIMM
memory module pair (orange)
2 CSS indicator for the CPU
