Expansion cards and BBU

ÊOpen the slot to be fitted (1).

ÊRemove the slot lock by pulling the green handle upward (2), pushing the

plastic part down (3) and lifting the slot lock (4).

ÊPull the removal tool out of the slot by the handle (5).

ÊLift the green movable engaging hooks (see arrows) no more than

approximately 1mm until the retaining plate is completely released.

VCAUTION!

The engaging hooks may easily be damaged if too much pressure is

applied.

ÊTake the retaining plate out and put it aside.
