10.2.7 Installing the heat sink

ÊRemove the residual thermal paste from the underside of the heat sink.

ÊClean the heat sink using a lint-free cloth.

ÊCarefully place the heat sink onto the processor.

VCAUTION!

Place the heat sink precisely on the threaded holes (see circle).

Careless handling may damage conductors and render the

baseboard useless.
