8.6.9 Activating the expansion card

ÊActivate the expansion card using either the related PCI hot-plug software or

by pressing the light-pipe switch, see A in Figure69.

The light-pipe switch flashes green. The slot is in the enable sequence.

ÊWait until the light-pipe switch is constantly green.

The slot is now powered on.

IIf the light-pipe switch continues to flash, an error has occurred.

Remove the expansion card and repeat the procedure as described

above.
