●Printing out the copy management list
1Display the “Copy Management” screen. (See page 7-3.)
NOTE
Make sure that 11" x 8 1/2" or 8 1/2" x 11" [A4 or A4R] size paper is
loaded in one of the drawers. (8 1/2" x 11" and A4R paper can be
loaded into the optional Paper Feeder.)
2Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select “v Printer
managemnt list” [“v PRINT MANAGEMENT LIST”].

3Press the Enter key. The copy management list will be
printed out and then the display will return to the screen in
step 2.
4Use the M cursor key to select “z End” and then press the
Enter key. The message display will return to the “Ready to
copy.” screen.

●Turning copy management ON/OFF
1Display the “Copy Management” screen. (See page 7-3.)
NOTE
An indication whether copy management is currently ON or OFF will
appear in the upper right portion of the screen.
Perform the following procedures when you want to change the copy
management setting.
2Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select
“b Management on/off” [“b COPY MANAGEMENT
ON/OFF”].

4Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select “z On” or
“x Off”, as appropriate.
