Measure work side vibration and device shake with the machine ana lyzer or external measuring instrument,
and set the vibration suppression control vibr ation frequency (parameter No.PB19) and vibra tion
suppression control resonance frequency (par ameter No.PB20) to set vibration suppression control
manually.
