Add New Host Name for Port Forwarding
Local Server IP Address	The IP address of an internal server or host computer that you want to name.
	Note: Both Local Server IP Address fields on this screen (that is, the one in
	the Add New Application for Port Forwarding section and the one in the Add
	New Host Name for Port Forwarding section) must contain the same IP
	address.
Fully Qualified Domain	The full server name, that is, the “host-name-to-IP-address-resolution” for the
NameAction	network server as a convenience for remote users.
