Code Description
GENERAL
12Software bug. Contact dealer/factory.
13Flash memory corrupted. Download new software.
14Engineering only programming is complete. Call Christie, replace TIPM.
15Attempting to download code without being in boot mode
16Invalid interrupt. Power off/on. If it persists, contact dealer/factory.
17Forced boot mode. Keys held down too long.
18Attempting to program boot mode without jumper
LAMP FAILURES
21 | Lamp compartment too hot |
25Lamp 1 not installed
26Lamp 1 Interlock: door open, lamp not installed
27Unable to turn lamp 1 ON
28Lamp 1 shut off unexpectedly

Clear system errors with Exit | Exit . If you encounter a system error, try resetting the projector by powering it off and on |
again (wait at least 90 seconds and allow for proper cooling). For detailed information, monitor the RS232 IN port. Contact dealer/factory if error persists and if a code appears that is not listed.
