UNA SERVICE MODE		Appearances, follow these steps:
SUPPORTED (SELECT)		1. Press 2, ENTER, and this screen

To support UNA on all Call		SELECT ASSIGN KEY
Appearances, follow these steps:		If ALL (default) was previously
