Cleaning the belt cartridge contacts
Clean the electrical contacts, as shown below, on the left hand side of both the printer and belt using a dry lint free cotton cloth.
Cleaning the toner cartridge contacts
Clean the electrical contacts, as shown below, on the left hand side of both the printer and each toner cartridge using a dry lint free cotton cloth.
