7.2.3 Replacing the Waste Toner Pack
Replace the waste toner pack according to the procedure below.
CAUTION! Do not incinerate the waste toner pack. Sparks may be generated, causing burns.Take care not to spill any toner. If toner gets into your eyes, immediately flush your eyes with clean water for 15 minutes or more, and then seek the attention of
a doctor. |

| 1. | Unlock the lever on the front |

| cover and open the front |

Waste toner pack | 2. | Remove the filled waste toner |
|
| pack from the printer. |
Waste toner pack 3. Seal the removed waste toner pack with the cover supplied with sthe new waste toner pack.
X To prevent waste toner
coverfrom leaking, place the waste toner pack into the
polyethylene bag that came with the new waste toner pack, and seal the bag.
4. Place the new waste toner pack into the printer.
