			Event Code: 812
Message:	CTP card shutdown due to thermal violation.
Severity:	Major.
Explanatio	A CTP failed and was powered off because of excessive heat. This event follows an
n:	indication that the hot temperature threshold was reached or exceeded (event code
	811).
Action:	Replace the failed switch. Perform the data collection procedure and return the Zip disk
	and faulty switch to Hewlett Packard support personnel.
