2Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

3Open the finisher trap door, and then remove any paper fragments from inside the trap door.

Note: After removing any jammed paper in the finisher rear door, open the trap door to remove any paper fragments.

4Close the trap door.
