To enter the hexadecimal dump mode, make sure paper is loaded into the printer.
●Turn the printer OFF.
● Press and hold down the | and the |
Lbuttons.
● While holding down the | and the |
Ibuttons, turn on the printer.
●Release the buttons. The display will show “W” (hexa- decimal dump
in hexadem&pmodeuntilyouturnitoffand on again in the usual way.

After you have owned and been using your printer for some time, you may find that when you print graphics, the printed dots are slightly out of line with each other. For instance, what you intend to look like this:

This is due to the mechanical parts of the printer work- ing slightly out of alignment. It happens very rarely – you may never see this symptom. However, if it does occur, it is nothing to worry about, and you can cure it in the following way:
. Load a sheet of paper (or load fanfold paper) into the printer, and turn the printer OFF.
