Program 77-4 Overview

This program is used to enable Caller ID, Automatic Number Identification (ANI), and/or Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) Numbers (received) to be sent from the RSIU Open Architecture Interface (OAI) port. The OAI port sends MIS data for ACD calls (only) along with ANI, Caller ID and/or DNIS Numbers received on ACD calls depending on LED 01 and LED 02 option settings. ANI, Caller ID and/or DNIS numbers on non-ACD calls will not be sent out the OAI port for non-ACD calls.
