Program *66-3 Overview

This program assigns special call treatment and defines the ISDN service. Call treatment includes whether or not operator calls are allowed, if carrier access is allowed, etc. The ISDN service is similar to trunk type, such as POTS, FX, Tie, outWATS and inWATS.
