SELECT = Modified Digits Table

1= Add digits in front of number dialed (F-MDT)

2= Add digits at the end of number dialed (E-MDT) (see Program 55 and *45-4 Legend)

CODE = Digits added (up to 22)

Enter the digits to be added. Pauses may be coded as described in the pause entry reference table below.
