This item is the ITU-T standard subaddress. This setting is required. All con®dential documents sent to you must be sent with this subaddress in order to be stored in your mailbox. If the subaddresses do not match, the document will not be received.

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter an ITU-T subaddress up to 20-digits long. Then press SET.

This next setting is optional. If you set a password, however, the con®dential documents sent to you must also include this password.

6.To enter an ITU-T password, press SET.

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter an ITU-T password up to 20- digits long. Then press SET.

7.Normally only one copy of a document received in a con®dential mailbox is printed. If you want to print more copies, change this settings. Otherwise, go on to the next step.

To specify more copies, press SET.
