Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter a two-digit code for the con®dential mailbox number. Then press SET.

3.Give the mailbox a name to identify it in printed reports.

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter a personal name for the mailbox. The name can be up to 24 characters long and may include numbers, symbols, and spaces. Then press SET.

SETUP FILE 2.PASSWORD

4.Give the mailbox a password to protect the mailbox content and settings from unauthorized access.

SET Press SET.

JThis password protects the con®dential mailbox settings from unauthorized access. The next time you want to open this menu to view the settings or make any changes, you will have to enter this password to open the menu.

JYou will have to enter this password to print documents you receive in your mailbox. Do not forget your password.
