DATA REGISTRATION

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the time.

Enter the time in the 24-hour format (e.g. 1:00 p.m. as 13:00).

JIf you make a mistake, press CLEAR to erase the number and try again.

Press SET.

If you want to set more than one time for your fax unit to poll the other faxes on the selected day, press the search buttons to display another empty setting.

Press SET and use the numeric keypad to enter another time in 24- hour format.

You can register up to 5 times for your fax to poll other faxes on the selected day.

When you are ®nished setting the time(s) for the selected day, press STOP to return to standby.

If you want to select another day, press DATA REGISTRATION to return to the previous level so you can select another day and repeat the procedure to set the times for that day.

When you are ®nished selecting days and setting times, press STOP to return to standby.
