8.Set the time for the transmission.

J If you set the timer for the One-touch Speed Dialling button, every document you send with this button will be sent at the same time every day.

J You can set up to 5 different times in a 24-hour period for sending.

J You can use this feature together with BATCH TX. If BATCH TX is ON, the documents will be grouped and sent together at the preset time. The fax unit will make only one phone call, saving you time and money. (Q16-10)

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the time. Enter the time in the 24-hour format (e.g. 1:00 p.m. as 13:00).
