4.Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the number of the mailbox you want to delete. Then press SET.

5.Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the four-digit password protecting the mailbox you want to delete. Then press SET.

6. Press STOP to return to standby.

Receiving a Con®dential Document

When the fax receives a con®dential document with a subaddress or subaddress and password that match the subaddress/password settings for your con®dential mailbox, the document is stored in the mailbox.

After the fax unit receives a document in a con®dential mailbox, it displays a message and prints a report.
