If a number is already registered for a button, you will see that number displayed. If a button is registered for Group Dialling, you will see GROUP DIAL.

With the number of the button you want to register displayed on the LCD, press SET.

Enter the telephone number.

JUse the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter the fax number.

JTo enter a space, press SPACE. Spaces are optional and they are ignored during dialling.

JAfter you have entered the number if you see that one of the digits is incorrect, press the left cursor key () to move the cursor to the digit you want to correct and press DELETE. Then enter the correct number.

JIf you make a mistake, press CLEAR to erase the number and start again.
