To register a Coded Speed Dialling button

Press CODED DIAL then use the numeric keypad to enter the three-digit code where the telephone number you want to include in the group is registered.

You can enter up to 199 numbers.

When you are ®nished entering telephone numbers, press SET.

4.Enter a name for the group. Press SET.

Use the buttons on the numeric keypad to enter a name for the number up to 16 characters long. (Q3-7)

5.Set the time for the group transmission.

J This setting is optional. If you do not set the timer, the transmission will begin after you press the One-touch Speed Dialling button, or press CODED DIAL followed by a three-digit code, for the group.

J If you set the timer for the Group Dialling code, every document you send with this code will be sent at the same time every day.
