You must dial the second number within 5 seconds of dialling the ®rst number. All subsequent numbers must be dialled within 10 seconds. If you wait longer than the timeout interval before dialling the next number, the fax will start scanning the document. The timeout interval can be turned off. (Q16-11)

3. After you have entered all of the numbers, press START/SCAN.

Regardless of the order you used when dialling, the fax will send the document to the locations you entered in this order: One-touch Speed Dialling numbers, Coded Speed Dialling numbers, then regular dial numbers.

To cancel sequential broadcasting

To cancel a sequential broadcast, press STOP.

After CANCEL DURING TX/RX is displayed, press *. All destinations are cancelled.

Sending Documents at a Preset Time

Follow this procedure to set a time for sending. This feature is called delayed sending or timer sending. Use timer sending to store a document in the memory and then have it sent at a later time when telephone rates are lower.

You can set up to ®ve documents for delayed sending.

1. Set the document on the fax. (Q6-3)

Set the document resolution, contrast, and document type. (Q6-4)

You can also select a sender's name with the TTI SELECTOR. (Q6-6)
