3Select the Fast EtherNet you wish to set up from the address list.

The Ethernet address is displayed in the Fast

EtherNet self-diagnostics test print.

4 Select [Printer Server Setup] from the [Setup] menu.

5 Enter the [ROOT] user password and click [OK]. (Leave blank for default).

If you have never configure the IP address on the Fast EtherNet, the screen below will be displayed. Give a temporary address to set a print server. This address will be cancelled when the printer is turned off.
