Useful Sending Functions

You can check the status of the other party's machine easily before sending a fax by using the On Hook Dial function. Using an extra telephone, you can talk and send a fax in one call.

•This function is available in Immediate Transmission mode only.

•This function is not available with Internet Fax.

Sending a fax using On Hook Dial

The On Hook Dial function allows you to check the destination's status while listening to the tone from the internal speaker. This function is useful when you want to ensure that the fax will be received.
