Connect the network cables

Procedure

Note: Make sure you have the appropriate network cables that you need for your facility. Connect them to the applicable interfaces on the rear of the Aastra CNX as described in the following procedure.

To connect the network cables:

Step Action

aConnect RJ-48C T1/E1 cable(s) to the RJ-48C T1/E1 port(s) on the rear panel of the Aastra CNX as shown in the illustration below.

bConnect the RJ-45 Ethernet UTP cable(s) to the RJ-45 10/100 ENET port(s) on the rear panel of the Aastra CNX as shown in the illustration below.
