(1) Copy management

Set 7-digit Dept. code numbers for up to 1000 departments, and manage the total number of copies made by each department.

Limits for the number of copies to be made by each department can be set.

Pour régler les numéros de code dépt à sept chiffres pour 1000 services au maximum, et contôler le nombre de copies produites par chaque service. Il est possible de régler les limites du nombre de copies pouvant être produites par chaque service.

	Entering “0” enables unlimited copying.
	When a department reaches its limit, the copier will not make any more copies for it.
● Deleting Dept. codes	Use this to delete registered Dept. codes.	124
● Altering limits	Use this to alter limits for the copies to be made by each department, without need to	125
	delete and re-register Dept. codes.
● Clearing copy counts	Use this to clear all the copy counts for the various departments at one go after a suitable	126
	period of time. Individual copy counts cannot be cleared, however.
● Viewing copy counts	Use this to view the number of copies. The total number of copies can be viewed, as well	127
	as paper size and Dept. code.
● Printing of copy	Use this to print out the number of copies made as report by Dept. code.	127

● Turning copy	Turn copy management on when required (to apply the settings made). Turn it off when	128
management ON/OFF	not required.
