Setting the Health Check Server Interval

The Business Attendant Client periodically checks to see if the Business Attendant

Server is working properly. You can configure how often the Business Attendant

Client checks the Business Attendant Server in the Business Attendant Client

Options dialog box.

Use the following steps to set the Health Check Server Interval.

1.Choose Options > Preferences on the Line Status window (Figure 3-1 on page 26). The Business Attendant Client Options dialog box displays (Figure 4-1 on page 52).

2.Select the General tab.

3.Enter the desired number of seconds the Business Attendant Client will wait between server health checks in the Health Check Server Interval field. The Health Check Server Interval can be configured for a minimum of 10 seconds and a maximum number of 60 seconds.

4.Click OK.The Business Attendant Client Health Check Server Interval is changed.
