USR MESSAGES:

If a USR message that you are experiencing is not in this document, please try this procedure, on the AS/400, to get more information:

1.Go to a command line and type: WRKMSGF ETUMSGF and press the <Enter> key.

2.Take a 5 on the ETU message file.

3.Type the error message (USR####) in the 'Position to . . .' field and press <Enter>. NOTE: If the error message does not show up here, it is not an ETU error message.

NOTE: For CPF messages that are not in this document follow the above procedure using

WRKMSGF QCPFMSG.
