Loading audio phrases from the hard disk
Here’s how to load audio phrases that have been saved using the procedure explained in “Saving audio
phrases to the hard disk” (p. 118) into the specified pad bank.
1.
Press [IMPORT].
The IMPORT screen (Screen Guide; p. 219) will appear.
2. Use CURSOR [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] to select the audio phrase file (file extension “.MVA”) that
you want to import.
The procedure is the same as in the FILE UTILITY screen (Screen Guide; p. 189). For details, refer to
“Managing files (File Utility)” (p. 243).
3.
Press [F5](Import).
The AUDIO PHRASE BANK QUICK ASSIGN popup (Screen Guide; p. 227) will appear.
4. Using the Assign To parameter, select the pad bank number to which you want to assign
the audio phrases.
5.
Press [F5](Execute).
The audio phrases will be imported into the specified pad bank.
