Importing data
Loading effect settings from the hard disk
Here’s how to assign effect settings that have been saved using the procedure explained in “Saving a current
effect setting to the hard disk” (p. 213) to the effects library.
1.
Press [IMPORT].
The IMPORT screen (Screen Guide; p. 219) will appear.
2.
Use CURSOR [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] to select the effect setting file (file extension “.MVF”,
“.MVC”, or “.MVR”) that you want to import.
The procedure is the same as in the FILE UTILITY screen (Screen Guide; p. 189). For details, refer to
“Managing files (File Utility)” (p. 243).
3.
Press [F5](Import).
The popup that appears will depend on the effect setting file that you are importing.
4.
Using the Library parameter, select the effect library number to which you want to assign
the effect settings.
5.
Press [F5](Execute).
The effect settings will be imported into the specified effects library.
