3.Batch start/stop (ON/OFF) function

This function is provided to start/stop collectively all the indoor units connected to the same system by using switches on the interface P.C. board of the outdoor unit.

Operation procedure

Power ON

Be sure to turn on power at the indoor side before power-ON of outdoor unit.

If an error is already displayed under condition of SW01 [1], SW02 [1], SW03 [1], resolve the problem using the troubleshooting guide and then execute the test operation.

Set up the operation mode of the remote controller.

(If it is not set up, the operation continues in the current mode.) (FAN/COOL/HEAT)

Set on the interface P.C. board of the header unit SW01 to [2], Sw02 to [7], and SW03 to [1] respectively. ([CH ] is displayed on 7-segment display [A].)

If the operation is set “heat”, indoor unit which is set to

“cool priority” will not operate or will be displayed.

If the operation is set to “cool”, indoor unit which is set to

“heat priority” will not operate or will be displayed.

Push SW04 on the interface P.C. board of the header unit for 2 seconds or more.

The indoor unit to be started operates.

Push the push-switch SW05 on the interface P.C. board of the header unit for 2 seconds or more.

After test operation, return the rotary switches SW01, SW02, and SW03 on the interface P.C. board of the header unit to [1], [1], [1] respectively.
