
BGP and BGP4+ Commands
neighbor port (BGP and BGP4+)
Use this command to specify the TCP port to which packets are sent to on a BGP or a BGP4+ neighbor. TCP port 179 is the default port used to connect BGP and BGP4+ peers. You can specify a different destination port for the TCP session with this command.
Use the no variant of this command to reset the port number back to the default value (TCP port 179).
Syntax [BGP] neighbor <neighborid> port <portnum>
no neighbor <neighborid> port [<portnum>]
