■byteoffset is a decimal number in the range 0 to 65

■bytevalue is a 2-digit hexadecimal number.

■bytemask is a 2-digit hexadecimal number.

■icmp-typeis a decimal number in the range 0 to 255.

■icmp-codeis a decimal number in the range 0 to 255.

■igmp-typeis a 2-digit hexadecimal number.

■macadd is an Ethernet six-octet MAC address, expressed as six pairs of hexadecimal digits delimited by hyphens.
