AA Prompt Configuration

The AA Prompt Configuration page opens when you select System > AA Prompt.
Table A-1 describes the fields on the AA Prompt Configuration page. Use the AA Prompt Configuration
page to load the prompt for a simple automated attendant (AA), if you create one. An automated
attendant allows callers who are not Personal Assistant users to contact users by using the dial-by-name
feature. The automated attendant does not provide access to conferencing, voice mail, or other
Personal Assistant features.
